Init was established in 2007. in Zagreb, Croatia. It's core business is solution development, based on Open Source technologies and consultancy for IT infrastructure.

Members of Init have been involved in Ubuntu development since 2005., but they were involved in Open Source technologies since 1995. Today, Init contributes to development of Ubuntu and leads implementation of cluster and mail stacks. We are also working on implementing backup solutions in Ubuntu.
